I took this picture of a car sticker in the school parking lot.

I can't decide if I find it sanctimonious or justified.

... perhaps both.

Are they praying for, to or because of?

honestly, I think its praying for God's guidance in the government; so that probably covers both the 'for' and the 'because of'.
