Not a Photoshop job

Very cool pix. Looking forward to more. Nice to get a glimpse of the patient Mrs. Haydesigner, too.

I was there in the mid 80s, although strangely I photographed mostly cardboard huts in Lima.

I heard that they were starting to modernize roads out to Machu Picchu and that local villagers were opposed to it. Did the roads go in?

You'll have to fill us in on all of your experiences there. We've been dying to go for a while, but I think it's going to be put off for a few more years. I'd love to see more pics too!
